Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Strategy Manager for Retail Merchandising and Planning in the United States. You will lead workstreams within large transformation programs, guiding merchandising strategy, planning processes, and AI-enabled decision-making for retailer clients.

You will partner with data/tech, change management, and client stakeholders to deliver value, design operating models, and drive capability roadmaps while coaching junior team members and contributing to proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in merchandising, planning, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in professional services/consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream or project within a broader transformation program.
• Coordinate delivery within your workstream and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships and escalate issues to engagement leadership as needed.
• Contribute to proposal development and business development activities.
