Accenture is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager in the Retail Merchandising and Planning practice to lead transformational programs for major retail clients. You will drive strategy, design operating models, and guide cross-functional teams across merchandising, data/tech, and change management.

You will coach teams, manage client executives, and contribute to business development while shaping value-driven roadmaps and implementation plans in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience with expertise in one or more domains such as category management, MFP, assortment, allocation, replenishment, demand planning, or supply planning.
• Minimum of 2 years in professional services at a consulting firm (or equivalent internal consulting)
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead large, transformational programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate delivery across cross-functional teams spanning strategy, process, data/technology, and change management.
• Own client relationships, including executive sponsors, and align divergent views while managing escalations.
• Ensure engagement quality, timeliness, and profitability
