Job summary

Michaels stores in Anderson, SC are hiring a Merchandise Manager responsible for leading merchandising, pricing, planograms, and store presentation with strong inventory controls. You will drive in-store execution, SOP compliance, and promotional readiness to create a customer-friendly environment.

You will partner with store leadership to plan workloads, oversee truck processing, stock movement, and visual standards while coaching team Members to uphold company expectations and shrink reduction

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
