Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team and work primarily in a single store. You will own and complete start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

The role requires strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and may extend beyond four hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute start to finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandising within a single store.
• Interact with customers and team members to provide legendary customer service.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
