Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, handling planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service.

You will interact with customers and teammates, maintain planogram integrity, perform price updates, and support store operations. This role requires reliability, flexibility, and basic math; physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
