Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to provide in-store merchandising support and project-based initiatives in Middlefield, OH.

You will stock, replenish, execute planogram compliant displays, report on visits via mobile tools, and build strong relationships with store teams while working independently on flexible schedules. This independent contractor role offers an hourly rate of $14–$16 with varying hours based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout retail environments.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Smartphones required: iPhone 11+ or Android 2020+ with recent OS.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Retail/merchandising or CPG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and proper product placement.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback via mobile tools.
