Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to assist stores with in-store presentation and project-based merchandising. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence customer experiences across leading brands.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, able to work remotely between locations, and comfortable using mobile reporting tools to capture photos and feedback. Competitive hourly pay and paid online training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk and move through retail environments for extended periods.
• Retail merchandising or related consumer goods experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones and reporting apps for field updates.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish and merchandise products to brand standards and displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets and promotions with precision.
• Build strong relationships with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement accuracy.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback via mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges and project updates clearly.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain professionalism and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution as needed.
