What You'll Do

• Travel to retail stores within your assigned territory for visits
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products
• Partner with team members for projects like appliance or TV installs
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships
• Complete assignments as directed by your BDS Manager
• Report on your mobile device
• Follow BDS standards and expectations
• Receive or pick up materials at designated locations
• Perform other tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Preferred experience: merchandising, customer service, retail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Android or Apple devices with GPS
• Own a basic toolkit (BDS reimburses after probation)
• Complete required online training before working in-store
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US

Availability and Logistics

• Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday, early mornings, occasional weekends
• Minimum 20 hours/week
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, auto insurance
• Travel within a 60-mile radius; BDS covers drive time and mileage

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, reach, crouch, kneel, grasp, push, pull, talk, hear, drive
• Lift and carry 40+ pounds
• Climb ladders over 10 feet tall
• Complete/pass certifications for moving equipment, if needed
• Travel via flight or other modes occasionally
