Job Details

1. Territory/Location: Pikeville, Kentucky and surrounding areas
2. Travel: Required – a company vehicle is provided
3. Hours/Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Under general supervision of the Field Sales Support Manager or Supervisor, supports sales associates with effective merchandising activities at jointly called on stores. Services medium and large accounts by applying merchandising standards, educating store personnel on optimal product assortment to maximize sales & profits, and providing stellar customer focus.

• Implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise arrangement by collaborating with in-store personnel.
• Assist new customers with initial store setup and merchandise stocking techniques.
• Evaluate current store stock levels and replenish inventory by placing orders or suggesting quantities.
• Remove damaged and outdated merchandise from shelves; manage returns process for qualified stores.
• Participate in product relocation, store resets, and labeling for inventories.
• Merchandise specific categories using planogram implementation and store-specific data.
• Serve as a front-end consultant for product placement and merchandising concepts.
• Use Cencora's reporting data to gauge sales, order from DCs, and generate reports for store personnel.
• Prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio for qualified customers.
• Record store activities and observations into CRM.
• Maintain communication with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
• Attend district and regional meetings, trainings, and tradeshows as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Requires broad training in business administration, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar, typically through a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Usually requires 2-4 years of related experience.
