As a Beauty Barrage Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will engage consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands! Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. We work with some of the hottest brands in beauty and provide in-store support for retailers like ULTA, Sephora, Blue Mercury, Nordstrom, Macy's, and more! Our Retail Merchandising Specialists are expected to be self-starters, effective communicators, highly organized, and passionate about the beauty industry. A successful Retail Merchandising Specialist takes accountability to ensure products are displayed optimally to meet consumer needs and drive sales through impactful market execution. This is a part-time opportunity, with a flexible schedule based on monthly needs.

As a Beauty Barrage Retail Merchandising Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

1. Travel to assigned stores within your territory to conduct visits.
2. Maintain store shelves by surveying displays, removing damaged or expired products, tidying shelves, and creating attractive displays.
3. Manage inventory by restocking, tracking levels, prompting reorders, and coordinating returns or credits for damaged products.
4. Assist field sales representatives with promotions by setting up displays, monitoring promotions, and communicating observations to management.
5. Ensure quality standards are met by following schematics and maintaining consistency.
6. Enhance merchandising reputation by taking ownership of tasks and exploring opportunities for added value.
7. Complete and submit branded surveys on time.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications for Retail Merchandising Specialists:

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, acting with integrity and professionalism.
• Beauty-savvy with the ability to represent the brand image, adhering to dress codes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for displays.
• Own a personal Apple or Android device for uploading photos and surveys.
• Proficient in using smartphones and maintaining open communication via email, calls, and messages.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, midday, occasional weekends, and within a 25-mile radius of your market.
• Availability on weekdays.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $30 per hour. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, balancing, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and driving.
