Job summary

CROSSMARK in Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative. You will promote nationally distributed products, build displays, stock shelves, and maintain relationships with store staff and management.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with smart devices, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliability and willingness to travel across stores are required. CROSSMARK offers training, mileage reimbursement, and flexible daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Must be willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
