Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Organize back stock for replenishment and communicate priorities with management.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety practices.
