Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a retail professional to support receiving and merchandising operations at HomeGoods. You will help ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store while modeling strong service on the sales floor.

You will train Associates on merchandising principles, tag and stock merchandise, and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth goods flow and store efficiency. A retail leadership background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Experience training or mentoring others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing and excellent customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to flow goods to the sales floor.
• Promote safety, cleanliness, and adherence to store standards and labor policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and program participation.
