Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Associate for the HomeGoods store in Paducah, KY.

You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store while modeling exceptional service. You’ll train and mentor teammates, process merchandise efficiently, and support store operations including safety, compliance, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, security, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
• Uphold store cleanliness, safety, and backroom organization.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and store shrink reduction goals.
