HomeGoods, part of The TJX Companies, is hiring a Stocking and Merchandising Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring a smooth flow of goods to the sales floor and an excellent customer experience.

You will train and mentor Associates, maintain organized backroom areas, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and signage standards while collaborating with management to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organization with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and training others.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through engaging service and a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage standards and safe, compliant operations.
