You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a great customer experience. You’ll train Associates, keep back stock organized, and collaborate with Management to meet store goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, adaptability to nights/weekends, and a proactive, customer-first approach within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work nights and weekends and flex schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engaging interactions.
• Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
