You will assist with daily store operations, uphold safety standards, manage stock, and support monthly sales planning. The role requires physical endurance and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Keep store clean and presentable throughout the shift.
• Interact professionally with customers, associates, and leaders.
