Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding purchases and promoting products and services.
• Assists with stocking, merchandising and maintaining the sales floor according to policies.
• Supports supervision of associates, assigns duties, and provides coaching and feedback on service approach.
• Ensures safety, processes returns, and prepares documentation in line with company procedures.
