Job summary

Copper Mountain Resort seeks a Retail Merchandise Assistant to support the Copper Retail Group Manager, Buyers and staff. You will help create displays, manage product mix, and ensure stock levels at Copper-owned shops.

This role includes weekly replenishments from the warehouse and regular site visits to Camp Hale Outfitters and other locations to optimize inventory flow. You will assist with online order fulfilment and may work in the warehouse during busy periods, with summer duties on the

Qualifications

Experience in merchandising and inventory control for retail facilities.
Ability to create weekly replenishment requests from warehouse.
Willingness to visit and support multiple resort locations as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

Create professionally presented product displays and maintain store merchandise plans with appropriate product mix.
Maintain adequate stock levels across Copper-owned retail locations.
Create and process weekly inventory replenishment requests from the warehouse for all locations.
Frequent visits to each retail location and the retail warehouse; focus on flow of inventory from warehouse to stores.
Contribute to loss prevention by monitoring product location and conducting inventory cycle counts.
Work primarily at Camp Hale Outfitters, with time at East, West, and WHS locations weekly as needed.
Assist with fulfillment and management of online store orders and inventory; assist in the warehouse during peak times; support summer sales floors.
