You will assist with store functions, duties, and plan monthly sales initiatives while maintaining a safe and engaging environment for customers and colleagues. This full-time role requires prior retail/management experience and strong communication skills, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Keep store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Foster a positive, safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Assist Store Manager with duties such as freight flow, merchandise planning, and monthly planners.
