Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership is seeking a merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products at customer locations. Work under minimal to direct supervision to ensure timely and accurate merchandising that supports customer needs and company goals.

The role requires driving to assigned sites, reliability, and adherence to safety policies. Prior retail stocking experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred assets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior retail stocking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations daily to merchandise and maintain products, stocking, rotating, dusting, and building displays.
• Stock and rotate products on the floor, in coolers, bins, or shelves according to product information.
• Examine stock for quality conformance and ensure accurate distributions.
• Perform duties on time, safely, and efficiently to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Document received, distributed, or damaged items accurately.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training related to merchandiser duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and discard trash and empty boxes at the end of shifts.
• Display promotional materials (POS and signage) per policy and supervisor directions.
• Build displays following supervisor or sales directions.
