The Restaurant Store is seeking a Merchandising Associate to assist the Product Lifecycle Manager with merchandising at a retail branch. This role drives sales through effective in-store strategies and aligns with overall business goals for the location.

Responsibilities include optimizing product placement, updating price tags, analyzing allocation, and maintaining clean, promotional displays while supporting customer service needs and safety of the building.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in retail or supply chain management.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales based on effective product placement throughout the branch location.
• Execute price tag updates as needed in location.
• Conduct analysis to plan and challenge product allocation within the branch location.
• Maintain organization and neatness while completing daily merchandising tasks.
• Maintain promotional displays highlighting sales items.
• Communicate with the Product Lifecycle Manager to support customer needs and item sales.
• Support safety and maintenance of the building and equipment.
• Assist with customer service within the location as needed.
• Support initiatives to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store.
