Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated associate for TJ Maxx stores in Humble, TX. You’ll deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, handle transactions, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
