TJ Maxx in Dayton, OH is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a top-notch customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store and upholding loss-prevention standards.

Role may include cross-training across store areas; you will ring up purchases, promote credit/loyalty programs, stock merchandise, and participate in safety and recovery initiatives. Starting pay is $13.50–$14.00/hour.

Qualifications
