The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a customer-focused associate at our USA HomeGoods Store in Corpus Christi.

You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment while following operational and loss prevention standards. You may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs, promote credit/loyalty programs, and uphold merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store areas.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports loss prevention goals and safety awareness.
