You may be cross-trained across departments, support labor and safety policies, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Models customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Promotes a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Rings up sales/returns and counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Follows merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Gives and accepts constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Supports shrink-reduction initiatives.
• Maintains safety awareness and a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
