Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to the customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and procedures.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports loss prevention and safety programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
