Job summary

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid NC driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with occasional weekends, supporting sales and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a strong driving record.
• Minimum six (6) months of experience in stocking, route delivery, merchandising, or retail preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with availability for occasional weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, lift up to 30 pounds overhead, push and pull product frequently, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours per day.
• Demonstrated dependability, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks, Motor Vehicle Report review, and company drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, clean, and maintain product on shelves, coolers, fast lanes, and promotional displays according to company standards.
• Arrange merchandise to maximize visual appeal and sales performance.
• Organize backroom inventory as needed and maintain safe, clean work environments.
• Ensure proper accounting of product and assets.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with account personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
