Job summary

Favorite Brands LLC is seeking a Sales – Merchandiser to optimize product placement and visibility in retail locations. You will maintain strong relationships with store management, ensure inventory levels, and set up promotional displays according to company guidelines.

You will build displays, monitor stock, and continuously improve knowledge of beer brands to support sales growth. This on-site role requires reliability and attention to detail across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains rapport with assigned customers with open communication and trust.
• Provides effective merchandising solutions using displays and point-of-sale (POS) items.
• Builds displays according to brand standards and customer requirements.
• Audits POS condition for repair or replacement on service calls.
• Monitors stock levels and product freshness to minimize out-of-stocks.
• Increases product knowledge to help customers sell more beer.
• Applies the concept of “the salesman you leave behind.”
• Completes training, seminars and classes as assigned.
• Submits service and other required reports accurately and on time.
• Runs hotshot loads and assists with delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
