Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, wholesale, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work with store teams and independently.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• VI driver’s license and car required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure our products are consistently stocked, properly displayed, and effectively promoted across retail locations. In this role, you will work closely with retail buyers, store managers, and team members to maximize product visibility, drive sales, and maintain brand standards. Responsibilities include merchandising product displays, monitoring inventory levels, rotating stock, and implementing promotional programs. The Merchandiser will also position point-of-sale materials strategically, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure all products are presented for maximum impact across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains consistent communication with sales representatives regarding account sales and updates.
• Ensures beverages are properly rotated for freshness by checking expiration dates and removing damaged or expired products from shelves.
• Stocks and organizes orders in stores upon receiving deliveries from the warehouse.
• Sets competitive pricing for products within stores.
• Secures shelf space and constructs attractive displays at various accounts to maximize visibility.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred
• Previous experience in restaurants, wholesale, or related industries
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with store teams is essential to success in this role.
• Good time management skills
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and tobacco preferred
• Basic math skills required
• VI driver’s license and car required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Requires availability for evening, weekend, and holiday work schedules.

Physical Requirements

• Physical demands may include bending, keying, listening, reaching, seeing, standing, and walking
