Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to safety in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support including displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with onboarding and coaching new hires.
• Ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store staff to meet shoppers' needs.
