Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking an in‑store Merchandiser to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will help maximize sales opportunities and support leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. You must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or friendly interaction skills.
• Merchandising experience or ability to follow display planograms.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Comfort with using a smartphone or tablet to record work after shifts.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
