Job summary

SAS Retail Services in California is seeking an in-store merchandising specialist to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to help stores maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required for some roles, and the team provides training and support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience required.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
