Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising role in Newberg, OR. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; benefits include customizable options, wellness programs, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps and rotating stock.
