Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and rotating products. You will help track inventory and assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while working closely with management.

No prior merchandising experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• No prior merchandising experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and support leadership with reporting and scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and training.
• Support leadership with day-to-day tasks and store coverage.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
