Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Washington. You will help build displays, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

You should be comfortable engaging customers, lifting up to 50 lbs, and meeting the 18+ requirement. No prior experience required as training is provided, with growth opportunities and optional extra hours.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
