SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising professional to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory and assist leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

The role offers competitive wages ($23.00 per hour) with growth opportunities. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available upon request. Benefits and wellness programs are available for eligible teammates.

Qualifikationen

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
