Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated individual for in-store merchandising across Sheridan, WY. The role involves building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading and training people is desirable.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location required.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Must be able to record work on a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
