SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate in Wisconsin. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Growth from within and no nights or weekends are highlighted benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
