Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising support across retail locations. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; we value a friendly, energetic approach, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Able to lead and train others.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Comfortable using smartphone/tablet to record work after shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Assist with leadership reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, outgoing manner.
