Job summary

Advantage Solutions, operating Retail Odyssey in Port Orchard, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays and end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Applicants should be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps
• Reset shelves with product rotation and ensure shelf availability
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and reduce stockouts
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
• Record and report daily activities using a smartphone or tablet

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
