Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Pennsauken, NJ to guide in-store merchandising efforts, build displays, and ensure inventory is up to date. You will lead and train team members, support scheduling, and assist with reporting to drive store performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent customer service. Training is provided; benefits are offered; reliable transportation is needed.
