Job summary

FAQs is seeking an in-store merchandising support associate to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays, rotating end caps, and tracking inventory to maximize sales.

You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead teammates.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Commitment to safety in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps to maximize shopper engagement.
