SAS Retail Services in Payson, AZ is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to help shape shopper experiences. You will lead in-store merchandising, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and track inventory.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while ensuring excellent customer service and safety in a retail environment. Training provided; growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
