Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Hillsboro is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to provide in-store merchandising support. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You'll also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided; this is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Self-starter, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to record work on a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
