Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $13.00/hr

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Are you ready to shape the future of shopping with us?

• You’re 18 years or older
• Capable of performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training teams
• Proficient with smartphones or tablets to record work
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment
