Job summary

Retail Odyssey is hiring an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and shelf resets. You will track inventory and assist with leadership tasks like reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires. We offer training, growth opportunities, and customizable benefits.

Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work in Gillette, WY. Prior merchandising and leadership experience are a plus; no prior experience required as

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
