Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers across our network. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and help track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, requiring strong customer service and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and training ability.

Responsibilities

About you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
