Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Dubuque, IA. The role involves in-store merchandising, building displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist within the network of 65,000 teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• 18 years or older to work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical merchandising tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
