Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Dickinson, ND is seeking an in-store merchandise associate to support retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires. No nights or weekends required; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided; growth opportunities available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
